Elena is responsible for operational activities of the company, including regulated reporting, financial and economic maintenance of the activities of the Company, acts as a CIF’s contact person for the liaison with licensing, tax, and other governmental authorities, as well as performs compliance function and monitors CIF’s compliance with market, operational and credit risks.

Prior to her engagement at Boson Alfa, Elena specialized at providing corporate legal services, such as support to the companies, corporation administration, commercial law, European and international law. She gained valuable work experience through out her career by primarily working in government and private sector in Cyprus, United Kingdom and Russia.

Graduated with honors from Moscow State Institute of Foreign Relations (University) with the degree in Law; completed the European Managers` Training Program (higher education diploma) under the specialization of Financial Manager, which was followed by work experience in UK; completed a course in Cyprus Law in Neapolis University of Cyprus.

Yan is responsible for the management of clients’ portfolios, as well as provides analytical support, assessment of investment opportunities, and allocation of funds among various types of investment assets. In addition, his role includes development of various investment strategies to provide clients with tailor-made portfolio management solutions, develops new investment products and services, involves in structuring and supporting client’s various investment projects and initiatives.

Yan has been working in financial markets since 2006 and has developed significant experience in portfolio management and investment process organization. Prior to joining Boson Alfa, he management assets of Russian companies and Private Funds, provided discretionary portfolio management and undertook the management of mutual funds (AUM totaling more than 100 mln USD). Our portfolio manager primarily specializes on fixed income instruments in Russian and Global markets, derivatives and commodity markets.

Graduated with honors from Russian University of Peoples’ Friendship with Master’s degree in Law.
